About Us

Oceans Whispering is a lifestyle, fashion, and travel blog. We do not sell products directly through the Site. We generate revenue through display advertising (Google AdSense), affiliate marketing links, and email newsletter subscriptions.

Email Newsletter

Children

As a general rule, the Service is not intended for children, they should not use the Service, and we do not collect personal information from them. For these purposes, we define “children” as:

  • anyone under the age in their country of residence, below which their parent or legal guardian needs to consent to our processing of personal information.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law:

  • Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression-list retention period to honor your opt-out

  • Contact form or email correspondence: Up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless a longer retention is required by law

  • Analytics data: Up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)

  • Cookie-based advertising data: Managed by third-party ad networks according to their retention policies

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
